Denny Bauer, CLU CFC
Principle Agent
Works out of the E. 7th St, Uhrichsville and Medina 0ffices
Denny joined the agency in 2015. He is a second generation insurance professional following his father’s footsteps and has 25 years of industry experience. Denny is a graduate of Cincinnati Christian University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Deaf Education. In 1988, he earned his Masters of Science in Counseling, from Gallaudet University. His studies continued where he earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation and Chartered Financial Consultant (CFC) designation from the American College.
Denny hails from North Central Ohio and currently lives with his family in New Philadelphia
Scott Meade
Agent
Works out of the E. 7th St, Uhrichsville office
Scott joined The Romig Agency in 2010 as a life and health agent. He has since acquired his property and casualty license to better service his client’s insurance needs whether it be home, auto, life, or commercial.
As an independent agent, he has a wide variety of companies to explore which option best protects your families interests and/or business pursuits. He will strive to provide you with excellent advice and service with all matters.
Scott is a lifelong resident of the area and currently resides in his hometown of Dennison with his family.
Mary Long

I have worked at Romig Property & Casualty Insurance since March of 2016.
I became acquainted with Denny Bauer through my preacher and I quickly knew that this was the kind of business with which I wanted to be involved. It is easy being a part of a team in which we are like-minded. We want to serve God, take care of our families and help our clients to feel very secure in the services we provide.
This past winter I studied for, and earned, my Property and Casualty license. Insurance is interesting and challenging, and I’m continually learning new things. It is very gratifying to help people everyday, hopefully making their lives a little brighter.
27 years ago I married my husband, Jeff Long, and together we have three grown children: Shane, Austin and Lauren. They are my greatest accomplishments! Our boys have wonderful jobs and our daughter began her junior year at The Ohio State University this fall. Our two little dogs make me quite happy as well. Jeff and I are active in our church home, Park Christian in Dennison. We love to travel and spend time with our family and friends. Music and sports are both must-haves for me!

I have worked with The Romig Agency since the summer of 2015.
I’ve known Denny Bauer, seemingly forever. I met Denny back in 1992 when I got out of the military, he was the insurance agent for my family. He always seemed very focused on helping people and when he offered me an opportunity to help support his endeavor, The Romig Agency, I decided that it was something I could do.
I focus mostly on the nuts and bolts of putting together quotes, piecing together the bits and pieces of information to allow Denny, Scott, and Mary to concentrate on helping people and tailoring insurance to fit the needs of the Agency’s diverse community.
People who are kind, refer to my career as “eclectic”. I’ve worked with computers, retail management, fast food, was a musician, taught music (both privately and in a school setting), was a soldier, along with a few other things that escape me.
I attended Otterbein University in the Columbus area, that was founded 23 years before The Ohio State University made it’s appearance on the scene.
